• 2. General Conduct & Noise

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. We love a good time, but please be mindful of our neighbors in the subdivision.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke in the designated outdoor garden area. Please dispose of butts responsibly.

• 3. Pool & Outdoor Area

• Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the inflatable pool.

• No Glass: For your safety, please use plastic or acrylic cups near the pool area.

• Grilling: Feel free to use the BBQ station! Please clean the grill after use to keep it ready for the next guest.

• 4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the provided bins.

• Energy Conservation: Kindly turn off the air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the house or checking out.

• Stains: Avoid using white towels to remove makeup or for heavy cleaning.

• 5. Safety & Security

• Lock Up: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

• Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please notify the host of any visitors during the day.

• Illegal Activities: No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.

• 6. Van Service & Transportation

• If you require the Van Service, please coordinate with the host at least 24 hours in advance for reservations and scheduling.

• Note: Any damages to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
