엘레나 게스트하우스 앤 리조트
Elena Guest House & Resort- 5.22명 평가
We were scammed by one of their former staff members. When we arrived at the resort, the owner told us that our booking was not in their system, even though I had a booking confirmation. What made me suspicious was when the owner said that the booking might have been under another account, possibly the account of their former staff member. The owner even mentioned that I had paid through GCash, which means that their former staff member had actually received the payment. What I find concerning is that the owner is still communicating with this former staff member, despite the fact that this has apparently happened several times already. It is also concerning that these incidents were allegedly tolerated despite the owner being aware of them.
