• Check-In Time: 3.00 pm

• Check-Out Time: 12.00 pm

• 2. Quiet Hour

• - Quiet hours are from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. Please minimize noise to respect fellow campers.

• - Karaoke is strictly not allowed.

• 3. Electricity Usage

• Allowed: Charging of mobile phones, laptops, and use of fans

• Prohibited: Use of rice cookers, electric stoves/grills, or any electric equipments exceeding 150 watts

• 4. Health & Safety Guidelines

• - First Aid Kit are available at the bus reception

• - No open fires allowed

• - Please ensure the portable gas stove is used only after reading the instructions carefully. For your safety, it should be used in open, well-ventilated areas and is to be used at your own risk. If you are unsure how to use the stove. kindly seek assistance from our staff.

• - Do not feed animals or leave food exposed. Store food securely to prevent wildlife encounters.

• - Swimming or wading in the river is strictly prohibited.

• 5. Waste disposal

• - The camper must keep their campsite clean and free of litter

• - Dispose all trash in the provided dustbin

• 6. Smoking Policy

• - Smoking is prohibited inside the tents. Please dispose cigarette butts responsibly.

• 7. Pet Policy

• - To ensure safety, comfort, and cleanliness of all guest, pets are not allowed.

• 8. Vehicle and Speed Limit

• - Please park only in designated areas. Do not block path or other's camper zone.

• - Vehichles are park at your own risk. The campsite does not accept responsibility of any loss, theft or damage to vehicle or their contents while on the premises.

• - The road is narrow and please keep your car speed limit at maximum 15km/h upon turning into the road until the entrance.

• - There are heavy vehichles accessing the roads too. To keep the safety of all, please drive slow and safely. If you are driving at nights, please utilize high beam lights and honk for safety purposes.

• 9. Use of Facilities

• - Please keep rest room and communal areas clean.

• - Please return bicycles at the designated area after 1 hour usage.

• - Report any damage or maintenance issues to campsite staff immediately.

• 10. Personal Belongings

• - Guest are responsible for their own belongings. The campsite is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• 11. Safety and Cancellation Policy

• - In the event the campsite management determined that conditions are unsafe for guest (eg due to weather or hazards or other unforeseen circumstances), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this case, the guest may opt for full refund of the booking amount or postponement to a later date.

• - The payment made are non - refundable. The guest may choose to reschedule within 14 days before the check in date with supporting documents provided for campsite's management's reference.
