• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• - We accept only family bookings. Group of friends or bachelors are not allowed

• - Prior to check-in, all guests must submit a government-approved photo ID

• - Loud sounds and loud music cannot be played as it can cause disturbances to the neighbors. You are welcome to do the same at a lesser volume

• - Guests are expected to maintain the peace and follow the rules of the society and not cause any trouble to the neighbors

• - Quite hours are between 7pm to 8am and guests should not make any noises during this time

• - Smoking in common areas and on the roads in front of other Villas is strictly prohibited

• - Guests must not roam around the society in drunk state

• - Guests must ensure to follow all the above rules diligently. In case of any rule getting broken, we will ask the guests to vacate the premises immediately.

• - As we have already mentioned this clause in our house rules, we will not be liable to provide any accommodation in case a rule is broken and the same will be enforced by agoda as well.

• - We sincerely request all the guests to abide by these rules to ensure we are able to run this property for long term and avoid causing any troubles to local tenants

• - As per our house rules, we don’t host bachelors or groups of friends. However, we can make an exception by collecting a security deposit of 3k which will be refunded post checkout after inspecting the property..

• Fines For:

• 1)Loss of Keys - ₹500 per key (Room/Main access Keys)

• 2)Missing Remotes - ₹800 per remote (AC/TV)

• 3)Damage or Trashing the property, which in return requires deep cleaning (entire property) - ₹6000

• 4)Not clearing up trash before check-out (Includes liquor bottles, food waste, etc) - ₹2000

• 5)Excessive unwashed utensils - ₹2000

• 6)Smoking inside the property excluding designated smoking zones- ₹6000

• 7)Damaged/Missing linen - ₹1000 per item/ Price based on current market Value. (includes vomiting on linen, burning the mattress/linen or leaving the any items in an unsanitary or unusable manner)

• 8) Damaged/ missing commodities/facilities which are available at the property - Price Based on Current market Value

• 9) Cooked food not disposed & unwashed dishes ₹1000

• 10) Our standard checkout is 10am and can be extended 12pm if informed prior and is approved by the host. Guest delaying checkout post 12pm will be charged 50% of the next days price.
