Firstly, agoda booking portal accommodated my family of 5 as ONE PERSON in a 3 beds bungalow!!! I searched several times for a hotel in northern Cyprus and always was choosing 2 adults and 3 children for my stay. We had to pay extra €1000 on the arrival to be even let in the room! Pls double check your confirmation email from agoda! The hotel is good and quite clean, swimming pools are good just the water was very cold. No one told us there is a water park behind the first pool with 3 water slides and to walk further behind the closed lunapark. We didn’t use it for our first 5 days because you can’t see that even from the main pool. The evening advertisements were closed and the only thing to do with children after the dinner was to go to a small play area where mosquitos were waiting for innocent people to bite them enormously! The beach is nice and clean, toilets were also clean however our room was rarely swiped or hovered. We got bed changes and clean towels daily, however the housekeeper was leaving the bathroom lights on and the bathroom window open. By the time we were getting back to the room, it was dark outside and the place was full of mosquitoes!!! We were all bitten especially little children! The room was really small for 5 people but everyone had a bed and this is what you need really. There are special beach towels to be used from a little hut down the main pool so you don’t have to use your room towels. Due to the time change to winter time and due to the mountains on the south, the sunset was very early, and cold water made us to finish swimming around 5 pm. There is a kids club open from 2:00 until 7:30pm but considering that the dinner starts around 7pm and that you want to get changed from swimming costumes and get ready, we were using the kids club only between 5-6pm. The food and the restaurant were great with extraordinary amount of food. The service was lovely too!

The hotel is in beautiful surroundings with a stunning coastal line. The sea is gentle and calm and even in October warm enough to swim in. The hotel boasts many amazing features which are most suitable for families with young children as well as down time for adults, like the beautiful infinity pool. The full board dinning option is like all buffet style dining arenas, lots and lots of dishes, nothing stands as special or exceptionally delicious but that is to be expected from such a resort. However there is always somethng fresh to eat and the salad bar was very nice. Staff do their job but do not go out of their way to be super friendly or offer value added service. You get what you ask for. Our room was large and stunning views of the coast but is in need of updating. Bathroom was very old fashioned and a walk in shower would be better than a small shower head over the bath. However, all in all this is a great resort and I would recommned to others.

Everything was perfect and the staff are very friendly. However, I already reserved for 2 adults and 2 children but while checking in they informed me that they need to calculate the charge for a second adults. Noting that only the main guest was requested on the site.

As a family, we arrived the hotel 3 hours earlier before check-in time, the good thing hotel accepted us making an early check-in. When you compare with other touristic countries, the hotel facilities are a little bit older but well maintained. Our booking was breakfast&dinner included but we have been asked for extra charges for alcoholic beverages (like beer or wine) at dinner. Foods were fine and delicious. The beach and the sea were perfect except lino cushioned sun loungers and small umbrellas (not shading you) In general staff was not friendly since most of them were foreign workers. They were not smiling and could barely understand Turkish.(Except Reception side). If you are coming here for casino or night life you can be happy but for a summer vacation with your family, You may think twice(and consider to make full-pension booking) Thank you
