We stayed here for 7 nights and first impressions were great! We were greeted by a very pleasant man to take our bags in and presented us with 2 glasses of champagne whilst we were checking in - which was a smooth process. The hotel facilities are great and made use of the sauna/steam room each day. However, one of the days a member of staff who works at the spa questioned me as I was walking into the sauna area asking me if I have a booking? I responded no and that I had been there every day and my husband just left 10 mins ago and was empty. She proceeded to say I needed to book and asked my room number as it gets busy (even though it was at that moment completely empty as my husband had just used it and left). I told her my room number and walked in. That was very strange and only came across this so called policy on one day and no where does it state that you need to book. The breakfast was amazing and had so many options to suit all palette's. The egg station however, with 1 chef making omlettes etc was right in the middle of the breakfast buffet and causes a bottleneck for people trying to get past it. Pool area is wonderful with lunch options at the restaurant along with a small cafe serving tasty ice-cream. The beach is about a 3 min walk down a stone paved path and gets very busy. If you are looking for a bed, better get there before 9:30am. The cost of 2 beds is 7.50e for 2. The room wasn't on the large size but perfectly adequate for 2 people. Bed was made every day and cleaned to a good standard. The hotel corridors where rooms are situated, are a bit grubby and our floor (5th), there were old vomit stains on the carpet - not what you would expect from a 5* hotel. The staff were all generally pleasant. Would say this is more of a 4* hotel, but from looking at other hotels in the area (we were over for a wedding so lots of guests booked different places around Ayia Napa/Protaras) ours was the best. Some of those we saw were 5* but very tired/unloved looking and think the overall rating standard is lower in Cyprus overall. The bonus with this hotel is it's relatively new, but can imagine in 5 or so years especially with stains on carpets that haven't been cleaned, how this could look the same in time. Overall, one of the best hotels in the area. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a wonderful time in NissiBlu Beach Resort!!! Hotel look nice and clean, staff so friendly and always ready to help. Only one minus that room was so small for 2 adults and 1 child,but again it's doesn't destroy our mood.😊 Breakfast was wonderful, so big choice of everything! Thank you,we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at NissiBlu Hotel and were genuinely impressed with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, modern, spotless, and cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Nissi Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus. The pool area and the entire hotel were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire NissiBlu team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We truly had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I was excited to stay at this hotel and had high expectations, especially considering it is marketed as a five-star property. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, as my experience did not reflect what I consider to be a true luxury five-star standard. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I naturally pay close attention to the details that shape a guest's experience, which is why these aspects stood out to me. For a rate of approximately *** per night, I expected a higher level of quality, attention to detail, and overall refinement. A few examples stood out to me: - Disposable wooden spoons instead of proper teaspoons. - A completely empty minibar, with no drinks or snacks available. - The balcony cleanliness did not reflect the standard I would expect from a five-star property. - The bathroom amenities felt more in line with a standard hotel than a luxury one. The hotel's public areas are elegant and create an excellent first impression. However, I found the rooms to be rather standard and lacking the luxurious feel that the rest of the property suggests. When guests choose a five-star hotel, they are paying for more than just a room. They are paying for exceptional service, thoughtful details, impeccable presentation, and an experience that feels noticeably different from an ordinary hotel. Those details are what justify the premium price, and unfortunately, I felt that many of them were missing during my stay. None of the points I mentioned would have been a major issue on their own. However, together they created an experience that felt inconsistent with both the hotel's five-star positioning and its price point. I believe the property has great potential, but luxury is defined by attention to detail. Based on my experience, I simply did not feel that the overall experience justified the price I paid or lived up to the standards I associate with a true five-star hotel. Thank you.

We stayed 4 nights in Nissi Blu. The hotel it’s very nice, clean, good located, pool it’s nice and breakfast it’s amazing. However the staff it’s not for 5* hotel. First I asked where I can buy a beach bag and a madam at the reception said “we are out” that’s it. Then we asked about late check-out they said that have to check and when we come back very disgusted said “it is not possible we are fully booked ” and again that’s it. At breakfast they have long coffee which is served by stuff at the table or coffee machine which espresso and so on. We didn’t want that long coffee and first they just took our coffee mugs from the table without any explanation. Second day we said that we want from the coffee machine and a lady said that this is same as espresso. The stuff really need a trading for communication with customers. So as I said the hotel it’s 5 * but staff 3 *
