My partner and I booked this hotel last minute and honestly couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s just a short walk from the night market and very close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the area so easy. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with extremely comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The breakfast was also lovely, with plenty of options to choose from each morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the seating areas on the shared balcony. It was such a lovely touch and the perfect place to sit and relax, particularly on the warmer days. The highlight of our stay, however, was the host. She was genuinely one of the loveliest and most welcoming hosts we’ve met during our travels. She was incredibly accommodating, checked us into a really spacious room and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The hotel owner is young couple from Vietnam. During our five-night-stay, they provided very good services and assistance to us, i.e., find river cruise，find drivers for transportation to Vientiane，help translation and provide rental service of scooter.

The hotel managers Bao, and his wife Hien are exceptional people, and truly make the stay here womderful. They speak English, Vietnamese and Chinese and will help you with anything you need. If you make a reservation they will keep it and honor it! No worries- unlike other establishments you read about in comment sections. When I first arrived the front desk the Laos lady gave me the password for the internet, which barely worked in my room, and Hien came to my rescue and set up another wifi that worked great for my room so I could stream videos. She also booked my train ticket, paid through her account, and I reimbursed her on the backside. You can always find her at the attached coffee shop if you need anything!! The rooms do not come with TV's, but if you come here to watch TV you are mad anyway! I watched what I needed through my laptop. The showers have hot water on demand, and plenty of water pressure. They supply you daily with bottled water, tea, coffee for the kettle in the room. There is also two 5 gallon water dispensers that you can fill up on in lobby. The towels and linen are fresh, clean and white! The A/C is great! The stay comes with breakfast, and the salad is great. I asked if she could add avocado to it as well, which I bought, and she said no problem. The night market is right outside the hotel which sets up at 5pm every night. They have food vendors, clothes and much more. The town is small so walking everywhere is easy and they even have bike rentals they offer
