• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 1)Strictly NO SMOKING or ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE

• 2)No PETS are not allowed.

• 3)Early Check-in chargable RM50 per hour (subject to availability).

• 4)Late Check-Out extension fees will be charged RM50 per hour.

• 5)Shoes not allowed in the house.

• 6)DID NOT rearrange the furniture and bed.

• 7)Please DO NOT bring DURIAN in or any other strong smell food. If caught will be RM150 for cleaner usage.

• 8)Please switch off lights,aircond,fans,water heater and unused whenever you are not in the house.

• 9)Electricity Wastage charges at RM50 will be imposed if guest'failed to switch off Aircond and Electricity.

• 10)Keep the house reasonable clean.

• 11)Kindly do not damage any properties due to negligence,as lots of creature comforts amenities were paid a premium to improve your quality of stay.

• 12)Guest with Children are allowed in the unit.However,reasonable care and cleanliness applies to all individuals including children.Extra cleaning will charged if mess/stain/ are discovered.

• 13)Will have extra charge for cleaning if it's dirty and staining is discovered.

• 14)The limit is 8 guests for our home and there's a charge of RM100 per person per night if the limit is exceed.

• 15)Please lock MAIN DOOR all the time.

• 16)Please lock the door properly before leaving the house.

• 17)Do not damage the property item, penalty may charges (Item unable to fix and reuse).

• 18)Any damages or irremovable stains caused by the guest to our bedsheets,towels,wall,paint,carpet,

• rug,sofa,chair,hair dryer,etc will be charged to the guest accordingly for replacement or repairing cost according to market price.

• 19)Do not place plastic or metal utensil into the microwave oven.

• 20)Do not eat or drinks on the beds.

• 21)Do not jump into the bath tub.

• 22)Please wash your cup and dishes after use.please clean up and do not leave dirty dishes in sink.

• 23)Please do not dispose sanitary pads and diapers into toilet bowl.

• 24)If missing any property damage or missing item will charge from guest.

• 25)No illegal activities is allowed.

• 26)No Jump on sofa or bed.

• 27)No allow heavy cooking / Food , such as curry ,petai, sambal.

• 28)No frying and any oil base cooking,only water base cooking like instant noodle allow.

• 29)No party or event and large gathering.

• 30)No allow wild partying,all-night parties events,a extra cleaning fee will fine of rm500 for vomit / soiled linen and trash around house.

• Please keep the house clean and tidy to avoid extra charges.

• 6)If caught bring pets will fine rm500
