The facilities are clean and tidy. It appears that it takes around 15 minutes to preheat the water for the shower, possibly it uses electric water heater. The volume of the hot shower water is sufficient. I am here to praise the reception staff for their friendliness and professionalism during my check-in and checkout processes. They were very polite and helpful. However, I have encountered some issues with the cleaning staff. I understand that chitchat is natural during work hours. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the building is extremely poor. Stating at 11:15 am, I could hear their loud chit-chatting noise, which was incredibly bothersome. This greatly affected my stay, turning it from pleasant to frustrating. I recommend this hotel to you ,except for the noisy cleaning staff.
