• 1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• 2. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY

• Only registered guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay in the unit. No unregistered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• 3. VISITOR POLICY

• Visitors are allowed for a maximum of 1 hour only.

• Please inform the host before the visitor arrives.

• The property is monitored by CCTV for security purposes.

• Visitors staying beyond 1 hour will be charged an additional ₱500 fee.

• No visitors are allowed inside the unit from 5:00 PM onwards.

• 4. NO PETS

• Pets are not allowed inside the unit.

• 5. CLEANLINESS

• Please keep the unit clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly.

• 6. NOISE

• Please keep noise at a respectful level and avoid disturbing the neighbors.

• 7. NO SMOKING

• Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

• 8. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

• Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval.

• 9. PROPER USE OF APPLIANCES & AIR-CONDITIONING

• Please turn off all appliances when not in use. When using the air-conditioning, make sure all windows and doors are properly closed to allow efficient cooling and prevent overworking or automatic shutdown. Please also turn off the stove/gas range after use.

• 10. PROPERTY & APPLIANCES

• Please use all furniture, appliances, and amenities properly. Guests may be responsible for any damage or loss.

• 11. SAFETY & SECURITY

• Please lock doors and secure your belongings when leaving the unit.

• 12. COMMUNITY RULES

• Please follow all subdivision and community regulations.

• 13. KEY RETURN UPON CHECK-OUT

• Please inform the host at least 30 minutes before your planned check-out time. Upon check-out, return the keys and leave them with the subdivision guard at the gate. Before leaving, make sure the unit is locked and that all lights, air-conditioning, gas stove, and other appliances are turned off.
