• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• Pets: Please take proper care of your pet(s) during your stay. This includes cleaning up after them both inside and outside the property. Waste bags should be used and disposed of in the designated bins.

• Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any additional visitors during your stay.

• Damages and Breakages: Accidents happen, but please report any damages or breakages immediately so we can address them promptly. Guests will be responsible for any excessive damage caused during their stay.

• Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen for meal preparation, but please clean up after yourself and wash any dishes used. Please also dispose of food waste properly in the designated bins.

• Utilities: Please be mindful of your energy and water usage during your stay. Turn off lights, heating/cooling units, and water taps when not in use to conserve resources.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00PM to 5:00AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.

• Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed in the vacation home without prior approval from the host. Please respect the property and its surroundings.

• Check-out Procedure: Check-out time is 12:00NN. Before you leave, please ensure that all lights and appliances are turned off, and the key is returned to the caretaker.

• Respect for Property: Please treat our home with care and respect. This includes not moving furniture without permission, keeping the property tidy, and following any additional instructions provided.

• Safety and Security: For your safety and security, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and ensure all appliances are turned off. Security cameras are installed in the property as well for your peace of mind.

• Caretaker Contact: Our vacation home caretakers Noel and Mae, are available to assist you with any needs or concerns during your stay. Send them a message in their FB Account and they will be more than willing to assist you.

• Should you need them to purchase some of your necessities, Noel can do it for you. However since we have limited stores in the area, Noel will be charging a nominal fee for gasoline for his personal motorycle:
