• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• 리셉션 종료 시간은 21:00 입니다.

• Please be guided of the following policies during CHECK IN and CHECK OUT:

• 1. For overnight stay, CHECK IN time is 2 pm. Booking confirmation should be settle at the frontdesk upon check in. You will be given a room key. CHECK OUT time is 12 pm the following day. Extension of stay without prior notice will be charged and will be considered as additional one night stay and will be charged accordingly. Early check in and late check out is charged at 200/hr. Please prepare security deposit of P3,000.00.

• 2. Pets, explosives, flammable materials, objects emitting foul odors, deadly weapons or firearms, illegal drugs and other prohibited articles are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.

• 3. NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AND PORK SERVED INSIDE OF THE RESORT.

• 4. Outside food (s) and drink (s) are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED (PAY CORCAGE). Guest(s) are also not allowed to cook in the rooms since the resort has a restaurant and mini store inside with necessities available at a reasonable price.

• 5. Vandalism inside the rooms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will pay FINES accordingly.

• 6. NO SMOKING inside the rooms or villa. Smoke only in designated areas.

• 7. CLEANLINESS is strictly enforced. No littering inside the rooms. Clean as you go will be much appreciated.

• 8. Stains found in mattresses, bed covers and towels shall be charged to the guest.

• 9. Please switch off the lights and AC when you leave. Make sure all faucets and showers are properly turned off when not in use. No flushing of tissue and napkins in the toilet.

• 10. Please allow our housekeeping staff to inspect your room before checking out. Missing items from the room will be charged to the guest account.

• 11. Inform us ahead of time your check in and check out time to ensure swift assistance. Please surrender the room key to the front desk when checking out or when going outside the resort premises.
