Services left a lot to be desired
Hotel was clean but lack of Wi-Fi, food and beverages made our stay not great. A lot of things such milk powder to make your own coffee/tea was not available, hot water kettle was not working, Wi-Fi was not working and food choices were insufficient. For a hotel in the greater Mumbai area, this was not acceptable

Very disappointing experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
We arrived a little late, but our room was still not ready. The staff's behavior was disappointing, especially one of the female staff members, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we finally entered the room, it was not cleaned properly. The previous guest's used soap and handkerchief were still in the room, and the dustbin was full of garbage left behind. This clearly shows a complete lack of housekeeping standards and hygiene. The experience was so unpleasant that we checked out within an hour of arrival. It was a complete waste of money and time. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if you expect basic cleanliness, professionalism, and good customer service.

Not Quite What We Expected
Not recommended at all. The location seemed fine initially, but the overall stay was very disappointing. We were given a ground-floor room even after requesting a higher floor. While we were okay with it considering we had booked a Classic room for around ₹1,600, the room itself was very small and felt congested. The AC was also leaking water. Being on the ground floor, there was a lot of disturbance around the room, even during late hours. To make matters worse, we found worms in the washroom and even on the tissues provided, which was extremely disappointing. Although the washroom looked clean from a distance, there was a strong drainage smell coming from it, and the drainage cover was also damaged and broken. Overall, the experience was disappointing. We will not be visiting again and would not recommend this place to others.
