1. While check-in, they sent a link for the code. But because of the agoda policy, we could not receive the link and was locked out at 1am. We had to call customer service and deal with it in the middle of the night. It was absolutely horrible. We texted host for this issue, but we got answer only after 9am, which would not help us whole night if we would not contacted customer service(regular agoda customer team replied back an hour after i have texted, which is also horrible since it would not be enjoyable to stay outside with all the luggages and wait for an reply endlessly. I managed to call korean customer office and then i could get a help immediately.) 2. The room inside was very warm, no AC and only a fan. But even outside the building was not super warm or anything, inside the room was burning. We could not sleep with this heat that we left very early in the morning to the airport.

Locked out from the room & Very warm during summer
