The advertisement ofnthe fullnhouse being available is not accurate nor isnthe price. Depending on the number of people the owner will lock rooms and bathrooms. We git it as two People and the second room and bathroom were licked when I explicitly asked the owner if we had access to all of the unit as advertised before booking. I was looking for 2 rooms units because I like to have a secind room for remote work etc. Once there the owner asked more money to unlock the other room. In order to have 2 bedrooms Ine needs to book for 7+ people. And at that rate it is too expensive. A house like thisngoesnfor 15k (20k with electricity and internet) pesos per month in ph not 45k. There is no Air con downstairs so watching TV et and cooking in the heat is not enjoyable. The place is relatively quiet (therenisnnoise from deliveries and construction during the day), the location not very accessible you need to have a car. Or need a trike ride just to go to Alpha Mart. There are no mirrors in the house, no toilet paper, no towels provided, no soap etc. There is no cabinetsnor closets fornclothing not even a cord to wash your clothes, albeit there is a Laundry outside the subdivision. The only positive thing was a good stable internet connection and a large TV. Definitelly not for long stays, this house is better for a one night party/dinner etc amongst friends. And even then a resort with a swimming pool is better. Themplace needs improvements and price to be more in line with PH incomes. Charging Western Hotel Rates per night for no Services and discomfort is too pricey.
