THE ROOM WAS GOOD AND CLEAN, BUT I NOTICIED ONE THING THAT ARAKU IS PLACE FOR VIEW AND NATURE BED. AND THIS HOME IS SOMEWHERE LIKE WHERE YOU CAN;T SEE ANY PAHAD AND ALL...NO STAFF WAS AVL...IN MY 1 DAY STAY I GOT NO WATER TO DRINK AND EVEN THE OWNER WAS NOT THERE ONE BOY UNDERAGE CAMED AND PROVIDED THE KEY AND FROM THAT TIME THERE IS NO ONE WITH ME TILL NIGHT 12:00..ITS A HOUSE TYPE STAY HAVE 6 ROOM WITH 2 BEDS AND AT WASHROOM..ALSO THE TV WAS NOR WORKING...

“Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs”

Extremely disappointing experience — do not recommend, especially for families. The facilities were terrible, and the cleanliness was among the worst I’ve experienced. The room was not properly cleaned and had a strong smoke smell. The washroom was in very poor condition. To make things worse, there was no water, and I was actually stuck in the washroom for hours with no proper assistance. There was hardly any staff available to help, and the overall staff response was extremely poor. This hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, basic facilities, and guest service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you are travelling with family.
