ALDRIA

I booked this staycation because I needed a place close to my university while I attended to some school matters. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s actually a great choice if you have a car—but Grab is also a convenient option. Tricycles also pass by the street regularly, which is perfect if you prefer a quieter, less crowded stay compared to big hotels. The place itself is clean and well-maintained. You can even cook here, which really adds to the homey feel. The staff also mentioned that guests can use the washing machine, though I didn’t have time to try it out. Overall, the staff were kind and accommodating, and I truly felt at home during my stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This has definitely become my go-to accommodation whenever I need a place to stay. The place is comfortable, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The host is incredibly accommodating, understanding, and always willing to help whenever needed. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and how easy and comfortable they make every stay. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely keep coming back. 😊

This place has everything you need. AND it all actually works. The Internet was fast. And easy to connect. Very comfortable bed and cold aircon. We have a motorcycle so the distance from town was no problem. So be aware if you don't have a vehicle it is not in the Butuan centre. Quiet area and really enjoyed the space. Would have stayed longer if we did not have prior arrangements. Cheers

Practical location if your event venue is near Caraga state university and going to RTR and Cabadbaran. The staff respondingly accommodating
