We did not receive an email or WhatsApp with our access code. Our cellphone does not have roaming in Finland to contact you. We were standing outside in the cold until other guest came to enter the premises and they were extremely helpful to contact you to get our code. Your answer you do not have our cellphone number or email address on file. Although our booking was made via email and fully paid. The scanning of my passport for verification had to made several attempts as everyone was not good enough. When supplying my email the verification took ages the code came through at last. Again when you have, your code and punch the number in to get your key it stated invalid code use 6 digits and the code is only 5 digits. Until another guest came in to inform you, you do not need a key from the box at the entrance you just use the code to open your floor and room door. The room are spacious and well equipped.

don't book this hotel!!!! 我預定了這家酒店之後，沒有人告訴我需要提前上網check-in，沒有收到任何電郵通知。直至到我抵達芬蘭，那是一個寒冷的夜晚，沒有客服人員，沒有door code所以根本不能進入酒店。期間打電話或聯絡官方網站也沒有得到回應，最後迫於無奈，在附近找了別的酒店入住。直到第二天，這間酒店才回復我的電郵告訴我check in的方法，真的太可笑了，後來我聯絡agoda，得知這家酒店還不肯退款，真的建議不要選擇這樣不負責任的酒店。我提交了所有相關的證明，最後Agoda代替這家酒店退還了我的費用。只能建議大家小心避雷。

I was very upset to go and find out that my reservation was not on their system, even though I had received a confirmation and a receipt from them. They also sent me to a very far away location if theirs that was very far from my work. The bathroom had black mold as they lacked air, and the room was not that warm. I also asked to change my room as the electricity was not working.

This place have a perfect location in the city centre with a fair charge. I didn't receive a room code before I come to this place and we were told an authentication is needed to be done for the customers before the check in. The customer service hotline is polite and careful which we gets the room code within minutes. The room has all kind of facility we need for our trip but there is no clothes hooks in the bathroom which caused some problems for us during showering.

Good value for money (if you pay under€** a night), access to washing machines and luggage room for free. On the negative side: no staff here, you absolutely need a phone allowing local calls to get the codes entrance (unless you booked directly on the hotel website).
