***FRAUDULENT *** ***NOT AS DESCRIBED*** Booked a standard room (2 beds) but when we arrived, the room was tiny and had only 1 bed (advertised: 2 double beds) Asked for another room and was told all rooms were the same and only had 1 double bed Reached out to Agoda and they refused to help out - agent insisted we should have stayed at the premises when we reached out to them. Parking was not near the vicinity.

Too Noisy
The room is good except that the surrounding area is too noisy because it is situated in residential area, a sleep sound is not a guarantee if you stay here.

Bago pa lang. Malinis naman at okay ang staffs. Nag expect lang kami ng breakfast but walang info or anything. Good for short stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at La Residencia! Everything exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained facilities, and the location was perfect for our family. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. Clean and super bango ng room
Clean and mabango na room Big bed para sa couple, may small kitchen May utensils maybe nakalimutan ng ang mug may heater for boiling water, maybe cooking wares and electric stove pwed na xa pang affordable na Airbnb. May heater for shower, clean CR. Malamig ang aircon ang maganda ang quality ng blanket. May aesthetic touch din not plainly white na room. May youtube and netflix. May parking space na secure kasi gated. Near highway and warehouse if needed to buy personal stuff.
