Pier Beach Hotel Apartments

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything was excellent from the clean and comfortable room to the great facilities and wonderful service. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Pier Beach Hotel served as our three-day base to explore Limassol’s cultural/archaeological history, and Limassol’s long promenade and azure waters by the Akrotiri bay. It was also our jump off base to/from Pafos, Troodos and Omodos. A local bus plying the promenade easily brought us to the Athanous archaeological site and back to the old town center, less than a km away. Intercity buses from Nicosia and Larnaca stop a few blocks from the hotel. In all it was a great choice, real value for money (especially with the complimentary upgrade to the suite with both mountain and sea view). Kitchen could use some hand towels and dish rack, and the bed posts could use some reinforcement -minor issues that are overshadowed by the good service, nice view, convenience and cleanliness.

The location is good, right by the promenade. In front of the hotel there are nice beaches. The room was spacious and with a great view from the balcony. However there was a connecting door to the other room (we could hear absolutely everything, even a phone call, from the other room) and there was no lock for the balcony door, which did not feel safe. You could easily enter from the next balcony into our room. The noise isolation was very bad. Basic apartment amenities were not provided (eg dish washing soap, olive oil/salt/pepper since there was a kitchen etc). But the reception lady was kind enough to provide us with that. The breakfast was below average, very basic. What made it worse was that the second day of our stay there were ants in the food. The positive thing about the breakfast was that it was up till 11. Definitely not worth paying 100€ for this stay. The staff was helpful and nice.

Had a lovely stay, good hotel for price we payed. Great views over Limassol sea. Lovely staff, Parking a bonus also. Thank you
