in the middle of the night there's two room in the corner was talking very loud, first thought that was another guess and i already told them to be more quiet. turns out in the morning i found out that's the housekeeper or cleaner person or staff. but other than that, the room was worth of money.

The location is very convenient with easy ample parking, making getting around a breeze. The facilities are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is thorough, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, this place offers great value for money and a pleasant experience.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this property. Unfortunately, our stay at Arka Homestay Pesagi was extremely disappointing, especially as we were travelling with family. First, the location was not what we expected. The property is situated within an area surrounded by boarding houses/residential accommodation. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there with our family, particularly at night. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that there was no staff available to properly assist us during the night. When we tried to get help, communication was difficult and the response we received was not helpful. Instead of being offered a reasonable solution, our concerns were met with a defensive attitude. Good customer service should be about listening to guests and trying to resolve problems, rather than constantly defending the property. Because of these issues, we ultimately decided to shorten our stay. Unfortunately, despite the problems we experienced, we were not able to receive a refund or any reasonable compensation for the unused portion of our stay. Arriving in the evening with family and having to deal with an uncomfortable room, a non-functioning AC, limited assistance, and an environment where we did not feel comfortable was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to other travellers, particularly families. I hope the management takes guest complaints more seriously and improves both the facilities and customer service.
