To be frank, the staffs are very friendly to a foreigner. They clearly explained that during winter, without a window, it would be very stuffy. Moreover based on the Agoda description, Huazhu - Superior Bed Room A, it is a city view. Which I would have assumed that there will be a window at least as you should be able to view the city. To my disappointment, the description doesn’t match my stay, the hotel staff stated on their description, room type A doesn’t have a view or a window. To the very least, without a window, the air condition if can turned on on cool mode, there is no issue, but there is no possible as the hotel staff mentioned it will lead to water leakage. So I would urge anyone to stay in the property to ensure that the room they are staying in this property would have made confirmation that there is a window during winter as cool mode on the AC may lead to water leakage.
