Our stay at Tool House by Raho had some exceptional moments, but it was also let down by extremely poor guest coordination from the management team. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Rajen and his team deserve special appreciation for their warmth, hospitality, and willingness to help at every step. Coco and Raja were an absolute delight and added so much charm to the overall experience. The property itself is good, although a few areas could be better maintained and upgraded to match the premium pricing and location. Unfortunately, the guest support and coordination were extremely disappointing. Indraleen and Naveed seemed completely unaware of the activities, schedules, and guest expectations. They appeared unprepared, communication was poor, and there was little ownership of the guest experience. Activities may have been planned on paper, but the execution was virtually non-existent. We often felt left to figure things out ourselves. Another disappointing aspect was the booking and customer support experience. Varuni Sreedhar was responsive only until the booking was confirmed. After receiving the booking, there was virtually no follow-up or meaningful response to queries or assistance requests. For a hospitality brand, post-booking communication is just as important as securing the reservation, and this was noticeably lacking. Tool House by Raho has tremendous potential because the destination, food, and on-ground staff are excellent. However, the management and guest coordination team need significant improvement. Better communication, accountability, and proper execution of planned activities would transform the overall guest experience.
