• HOME TRUTHS

• While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

• - The villa is located in a secluded area.

• - All-male and female groups are allowed.

• - This is not a pet-friendly property.

• - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours.

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.

• - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - There are four CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.

• - This is a standalone property.

• - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

• - All-male groups are not allowed.

• - Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied.

• HOUSE RULES

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - Alcohol consumption is not allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 

• - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 

• - Guests can access the pool from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM

• - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 

• - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• - Please note that prices for organising events may differ from our regular stay prices

• GUEST ACCESS

• The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

• INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

• The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

• STAFF ACCOMMODATION

• We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

• Overlooking the scenic vistas of Kutch lies this perfect Gujurat getaway. Within this elegant and opulent property, guests can enjoy a multitude of carefully designed experiences that make their stay quite the memorable one. The outdoor private pool or the sauna is a great way for guests to unwind. The balconies offer a scenic backdrop of the verdant fields and surrounding hills at any time of day or night. Pick and nook or corner of this house, whether it be the spacious verandah or a quiet corner, and enjoy a steaming cup of your preferred drink. How about a brief round of indoor games with your tribe while spending some quality time together? And to top it off, guests can savour the delectable barbeque feast while sipping their favourite beverages. A treat for all adventure aficionados, guests can also get the whole farm side experience with the specially curated farm tour.

• POLICIES

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.

• - Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.

• - Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
