• ❄️ Please switch off air-conditioning and lights when checking out.

• 🚭 No smoking inside the unit. (⚠️ Penalty: RM300)

• 🧼 Excessive dirtiness in the unit will incur an extra cleaning fee. (⚠️ RM300)

• 🗑️ No excessive trash, leftover food, or unwashed dishes upon check-out.

• 🛏️ Dirty or stained bed linens/towels may incur a cleaning fee. (⚠️ RM100–RM200)

• 🔑 Lost access card/key will be charged. (⚠️ RM200/per card, RM100/per key )

• 🧽 Mid-stay cleaning service is available upon request. (⚠️ RM300 per session)

• ⚠️ Strictly Not Allowed:

• ❌ Pets (no matter how cute)

• ❌ Durian

• ❌ Parties, gatherings, or events

• ‼️ Any damage to the walls, paint, or interior fixtures during your stay may result in a repair or replacement fee. We kindly remind guests to use only non-damaging materials for any decorations. In the event of damage caused by decorations or their removal, charges may apply (⚠️ RM300–RM500)
