• Welcome to Allure Villas. We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful, private, and comfortable stay. By making a reservation, guests agree to follow these house rules.

• 1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in and check-out times are as stated on your Agoda reservation.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

• Guests must follow the agreed check-out time.

• 2. VILLA OCCUPANCY

• Only the guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the villa.

• Additional overnight guests must be approved by management in advance.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors follow these house rules.

• 3. PARTIES & EVENTS

• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval from management.

• The villa is intended for a peaceful residential and holiday experience.

• 4. QUIET HOURS

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onwards.

• Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level, particularly during quiet hours.

• 5. SMOKING

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

• Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, where provided.

• Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

• 6. PETS

• Pets are permitted only with prior approval from Allure Villas management.

• Additional conditions or charges may apply.

• 7. CLEANLINESS & CARE

• Guests are expected to keep the villa reasonably clean and tidy during their stay.

• Furniture, fixtures, appliances, linens, towels, and other villa property must be treated with care.

• Please do not move heavy furniture or remove villa items from the property.

• 8. DAMAGE & LOST ITEMS

• Guests may be responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.

• Any damage or maintenance issue should be reported to management as soon as possible.

• Applicable costs may be charged to the guest or deducted from a security deposit where applicable.

• 9. POOL & AMENITIES

• Guests use the swimming pool and villa amenities at their own responsibility.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Please follow any safety instructions provided by management.

• Glassware and breakable items should not be used in or immediately around the pool.

• 10. VISITORS

• Visitors are subject to management approval where required.

• Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.

• Visitors may not stay overnight without prior approval.

• 11. SECURITY

• Please lock doors and secure windows when leaving the villa.

• Guests should take reasonable care of their personal belongings.

• Allure Villas is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings resulting from the guest's failure to secure them appropriately.

• 12. MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING

• Please inform management promptly of any maintenance issue, damage, or problem with the villa.

• Housekeeping services are provided according to the arrangements communicated at the time of booking.

• Management may need reasonable access to the property for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, or emergencies, with notice whenever circumstances permit.

• 13. RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY

• The villa and its surroundings must be treated with respect.

• Illegal activities, dangerous behavior, or activities that may cause damage or disturbance are strictly prohibited.

• 14. COMPLIANCE

• Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional charges, termination of the stay, or other appropriate action in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.
