Good property
We would like to thank the management for offering pet friendly option at their property. Well decorated. Spacious. Good furniture. However their staff require more training. Basically their awareness is below minimum. We enquired and handed Over 10k worth of insulin to keep in fridge. After two days when we checked out, they gave us warm veils! When asked why the fridge is not on, the staff simply replied, why waste electricity! They also switch off AC and hot water geyser! One of them came knocking on our door demanding for phone charger as if I took his! Asking, 'how long are you going to charge?"!!! Gave us a small quilt cover and when asked for another, staff told us to adjust!!!! Ofcourse we demanded n didn't rest till we get one. Keep in touch with the owner all the time for everything. Safe.
