Location perfect- Courtyard and gardens beautiful - Bedrooms basic, efficient, good aircon and clean- The breakfast was the failing point and would deter us from rebooking - Nothing replenished so later seatings had very little- Coffee terrible,, no fresh fruit or pastries, no cereal , no cheese and meat cuts were poor and dri packaged biscuits tasteless We always enjoy breakfast and it doesn’t take a lot to offer a wholesome menu . It is a pity the breakfast failed

Brilliant - if you can get the right room!
We stayed in a family room for 3 nights, and the rooms had 3 single beds for 2 adults and 1 10-year old. The nuns were very welcoming, and with their broken English and friendliness, everything was great. Our first room was perfectly adequate, but had zero sound-proofing. Although we had a private toilet and shower room, there was no privacy at all, and everything could be heard between us. Additionally, we heard people walking and talking in the corridors all the time, including those people coming back at 1am. And also the restaurant outside played clearly audible music until 1am as well (ironically, one song was ACDC 'Highway to Hell'!). However, our son slept through it all, and the next day the nuns were helpful and assisted finding us a new room. And for the next 2 nights, in this new room we slept without interruption, and the bathroom was a lot more private too. The breakfast is basic, but enough, so just don't expect luxury and you'll be fed and satisfied. The garden is beautiful, and the location excellent - provided you get the right room!

Location great- Opening into courtyard wonderful - Gardens beautiful - Rooms basic , clean, good aircon- The one negative and would deter us from rebooking was the breakfast . Nothing replaced resulting in little offering at later times ... Coffee terrible; no cheese , no fresh croissants and the meat cuts packaged .and no cereal

Simple and Comfortable
Nice garden. Can pray in the chapel with the nuns
