I don’t usually read people the riot act like this, but I was scammed out of money. I booked the room, showed up, and no one was there. I messaged the host at least a half-dozen times and only after I left did he respond. He claimed I didn’t show, but I took a photo of his patio. People have to start being more professional and responsible for their business - if you have a guest that’s stranded and you don’t respond, what are we supposed to do? Also, it says parking is comped in the ad, but when you book, he informs you of a $20 fee. I have submitted a request for a refund.
