This place is beautiful, yes. But what I am not satisfied is with how slow the service is. Contacted them through WhatsApp and this apps but they're not very responsive. For dinner, it kinda ruined our mood because the food were served late although we already ordered hours earlier, and they even missed one order. Also, there are noticeable smell inside the rooms. I truly love the view and how the building looks. Staffs are nice too. But service is slow. There are no restaurants or cafe nearby. The cafe in there are not available all the time, so if you want to come earlier, should tapao foods somewhere so you would not get hungry. Luckily, we found food stalls near Pimping Beach area to get some foods before dinner.

The location was okay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, but it was packed as takeaway and delivered to the room, so there was no option to enjoy breakfast in a proper dining area or choose from different options. The room was acceptable, but it had a noticeable unpleasant smell. The bathroom smelled even worse, and the ceiling was in very poor condition, with visible stainsand what appeared to be mould. This definitely needs proper maintenance and improvement. The bed was also uncomfortable, as the middle part sank down, which caused body discomfort while sleeping. Overall, the staff service was good, but the room condition, bathroom cleanliness, bed comfort, and breakfast arrangements need improvement. The location was okay, although the access road felt a little unsettling. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not fully meet my expectations.
