Good Location, Friendly Staff, But Room & Facilities Need Improvement The location of the property is really good, especially the lake view. However, the overall room experience was disappointing considering that I had booked a Deluxe Lake View Room. The room was very small and cramped, with hardly enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also extremely small. There was no fan in the room, which was inconvenient. Basic amenities were also lacking, as bathing soap was not provided and guests were expected to bring their own. The hot water facility was another issue. Only a small amount of hot water was available at a time, and after that, we had to wait for quite some time before hot water was available again. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the staff. Their behaviour, kindness, friendliness, and hospitality were truly appreciated. They were very warm and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant despite the limitations of the room and facilities. Overall, the location and staff deserve appreciation, but the room size, bathroom, hot water supply, and basic amenities need significant improvement. For the price paid for a Deluxe Lake View Room, I expected better facilities and comfort.

Stay without City noise and pollution. I am really this stay. The food ws very taste limited food only available. The staff is very helpful and good behaviour. Only one thing is bed sheet and pillow are clean. Blanket only little dirty otherwise very good 😊

Nature wise good location go on

We stayed for 1 night and no basic needs in room, need ask for each thing like toiletry items , towel , toilet was in bad condition both hot water and cold water was not coming in taps we asked for room change but care taker and property owner were blaming each other for issue, issue wasn't fix till we vacated

I booked this resort through the Agoda app. The resort is located in Avalanchi, approximately one hour from Ooty. After travelling to the resort, I was shown the room. The room and toilet were extremely dirty and not in an acceptable condition. I immediately informed the manager and requested another room, but he told me that no other room was available. Because the room was not suitable to stay in, I had no choice but to leave the resort and travel back towards Ooty. I had to travel approximately 60 km up and down and book another room in Ooty at additional expense. The resort has refused to provide me with a refund, even though I could not use the room because of its unacceptable condition
