They hand me at cream pebble ensuite bathroom floor entry with lava style irregular stepping stones, but that's only one of 100 details about which I could've written a 10 star review. My wife and I feel that this is simply the best hotel we've ever stayed in. and I travel constantly. Khao Yai is kind of on our way home from Bangkok and we're going to be coming here in future just to stay here. We won't stay anywhere else in Khao Yai, Home of many pleasant hotels, but this one is in another league well as being fantastic value for the money.. Staff were beyond delightful. The elegant breakfast with a menu of delicious cooked to order Asian and Western options in addition to the excellent buffet, was superb. The icing on the cake for me was that I mentioned a small design what in my opinion was a small design defect in the room to the front desk lady. He was this immediately elevated to management but before the day was out I had received not only a commitment to remedy this matter project wide but A draft Smahon quality drawing of the refit. This place is being run at the level of the world's very best hotels, but it is available for an everyday price. Make sure you stay.

เพิ่งไปพักที่ Zen Essence Khao Yai มาเมื่อวานค่ะ ประทับใจมาก ห้องพักกว้างมากและสะอาด บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ มีความเป็นส่วนตัว เหมาะกับคนที่กำลังหาที่พักเขาใหญ่สำหรับมาพักผ่อนจริง ๆ ชอบที่ห้องมีพื้นที่แยกเป็นสัดส่วน ทั้งห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่น และมีจากุซซี่ส่วนตัวด้วยค่ะ เตียงนอนสบายมาก พนักงานน่ารักและบริการดีทุกคน โรงแรมอยู่โซนเขาใหญ่ ปากช่อง เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหลายแห่ง ถ้ามาเขาใหญ่อีกจะกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอนค่ะ

New open hotel. Nice and Spacious room
The hotel is newly open. Staffs said that it just open a month ago. Hotel landscape is very nice and fresh. The room is very big and clean. All the staffs are very friendly, but might be because the hotel just start operate not long ago so the staffs show some minor confusion along the stay. Anyway that is very small matter. I will surely visit this hotel again if I have a chances.
