• 🌆 Please note there is a train station close by, so occasional noise may be heard. Being on a higher level and having thick, sound-insulated windows helps keep this to a minimum, especially when windows are closed.

• 🕒 Check-outs are at 11:00 AM and checkins any time after 2:00 PM. This gives us enough time to refresh the apartment, change linens, and setup the space for the next guests.

• 🧼 Please keep the apartment clean and treat it responsibly. We’ve personally put in a lot of love - from assembling the furniture ourselves to adding thoughtful little touches, and it would upset us to see the space used disrespectfully.

• 🚮 Please do not dispose of rubbish anywhere in or around the building. There are cameras throughout the premises, and illegal dumping attracts heavy fines from building management. Just leave your consolidated rubbish inside the apartment - we’ll handle the rest.

• 🍻 Parties are strictly not allowed to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbours. If a loud or disruptive gathering is held, security may intervene and guests may be asked to leave immediately.

• • Pets are allowed at this property upon prior approval.

• • A pet accommodation fee of AUD 40 per pet, per night applies.

• • This fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning, ongoing maintenance, regular deep cleaning and treatment of pet odours to ensure the property remains suitable for all guests.

• Conditions:

• • Maximum of 3 pets per booking

• • Guests must bring and use their own pet beds and bedding

• • Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture

• • Pets must not be left unattended inside the property

• • Guests must clean up after their pets, including outdoor areas

• • Any pet urine, stains, carpet soiling, or damage to flooring, furniture, or fixtures will incur additional charges as per cleaning or repair invoices

• • Additional deep cleaning or odour treatment beyond standard servicing will be charged accordingly
