• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 7세까지(아동): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 간이침대 요청 시 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 8세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• ⚠️Please do not:

• ●DO NOT ❌disturb other residents and neighbours, include but not limited to:

• - noisy activity after 10pm.

• - Firecrackers and fireworks or anything that may result in air/noise pollution are strictly prohibited.

• - Do not park any of your vehicles to block the other resident’s entrance.

• - Do not put any items or use any area other than the premises provided. e.g. place a chair in front of our neighbour, carry activity at the garden, place canopy at neighbour’s entrance)

• ●DO NOT ❌play/carry out activities outside the premises, unless approval is granted.

• ●DO NOT ❌litter, especially during events, maintain cleanliness of the premises and environment.

• ●DO NOT ❌smoke inside the House (Only allow open space like balcony, garden, car porch)

• ●DO NOT ❌BBQ/Grilled inside the house where extensive smoke will be created.

• ●DO NOT ❌wear shoes in the premises unless indoor shoes are provided.

• ●DO NOT ❌carry out illegal or dangerous activities.

• ●DO NOT ❌damage the premises or surrounding.

• ●DO NOT ❌violate the house rules.

• ●DO NOT ❌bring and eat durian in the unit.

• ⚠️Please do:

• ●DO ✅close the main door, KTV door all the time.

• ●DO ✅tidy up all the mess and clean all the waste after the event.

• ●DO ✅take good care on all board games while playing, damages or missing will be charged.

• ●DO ✅return all the board games into the original position after use.

• ●DO ✅use all the facilities with good care.

• ⚠️⚠️Please note the following additional charges will be applied if:

• ●RM 80 - RM 200 Extra Cleaning Fee will be charged for bringing pets. Pets do not allow to go upstairs and also into the bedrooms. Diapers must be worn all the time.

• ●RM300 Penalty for smoking/BBQ/Eating durian/Grilling inside the house.

• ●RM150 Loss of remote control.

• ●RM500 event fee will be charged for “open house” event (ex: buffet or canopy, when either one or both is conducted), due to visitor arrangement, car arrangement, rubbish cleaning, extra cleaning fee and etc.

• ●RM50 Loss of keys.

• ●RM100 Toilet blockage.

• ●Loss or damage of properties - Charges subjected to value of item

• ●RM50 for extra single foam mattress set but subject to availability.

• ●Security deposit will be fully forfeited if you violate the above house rules.

• ⚠️ Will need to sign 【Acknowledgement Form】and provide full name and IC number for our record purpose. (All guest's information will be kept as private and confidential.)

• All our house rules and penalty will clearly stated in this document, we need the guest to sign is to ensure the guest have clearly understand, aware of and accepted the house rules.
