• • Please don't book if you need TM30 as the owner is not available to process.

• • Each guest's passport is required per the building's security rule.

• •For month stay (28 nights up), power will be charged by a meter. Water is free.

• •A/C can be broken if non-stop running. Please kindly turn all off when you are out.

• -Maid has a key and may knock for her tools/linen or fixing. please let her in.

• •Lost of a key/card resulting for 500 THB charge each.

• •Smoking not allowed as illegal indoor. 5,000 Baht fine posted to your account. Only allowed at a balcony or floor G. Drop cigarette ash and filter into an ash tray to avoid down stair fire accident.

• •Please keep the room condition same as check-in condition for a full security deposit refund.

• •Please help empty bins in the trash room nearby

• •This condo is a not a hotel so lobby staffs or guards are not responsible to help you and they won't understand English well. Please contact me for help directly.

• •Please pay greatest respect to other residents.

• •The community is very quiet so the next-door neighbors can be noise sensitive to chatting door shutting or music.

• •Food and drink are strictly prohibited at common area (lobby, garden and gym & pool (if available)).

• •Wearing a swimming suite and a cap is required (if pool available).

• •Please don't throw anything into the toilet.

• •No stove. Use of oven, microwave and kettle are ok.

• •Drinker, please keep yourself inside the room.

• •Please keep windows closed all the time to keep mosquitoes outside. •No strangers from outside staying over nights or risk of life threatening or other criminals.

• •Please no shoe indoor. (please respect Thai-culture).

• •Drug use is seriously unlawful here.

• •Please keep lipstick, make up, red wine or other stains away from linens/towels. Please use paper rolls.
