Firstly we were allotted room no. *** but upon check-in we found that AC was not functioning and also Washbasin was choked leaving water stagnant in sink. Upon complaining our room was shifted to *** on same floor, but here too bathroom drainage was chocked making the bathing floor a pool of water. Our morning breakfast buffet was included in package but after enquiring we were told that buffet is cancelled in restaurant as place was pre- booked for some function that day. So we were left with very limited option for breakfast service in our room. Actually it is a Resort with booking for events and marriage functions so they have limited staff to cater to hotel room occupants and lacks in room service. Service is very poor as one has to call numerous time to get room service.
