Lux City Hotel

Looks like its a newly refurbished boutique hotel, great to stay a night in after volunteering in Negeri Sembilan elections.

The most important reason for choosing this hotel was its location. It is very close to the hospital, which was extremely convenient as we had a critically ill relative there. The hotel provided easy access, making it less stressful during a difficult time. We truly appreciated the convenience and would recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation near the hospital.

Due to my mom being hospitalized and my special-needs daughter needing me, I had to stay near HTJ. I had to commute back and forth 2–3 times a day, mostly by walking and Grab. From HTJ to the hotel. I guarantee, Lux City is the best accommodation while being caregiver in HTJ. Lux City Hotel deserves 10 stars for its service, especially for a budget hotel. They truly went above and beyond in showing empathy and understanding towards families and caregivers going through difficult situations. I stayed for 15 days in a family room. The room was spacious, clean, and newly refurbished. They were always willing to clean the room, change the bedsheets, and provide fresh towels whenever I requested. Even during the extreme weather over the past two weeks, they never said no when I asked for extra bottles of mineral water. Even though I initially booked the room only for myself and my kids, there were occasions when other family members had to stay with us. The management never charged me extra and even provided additional pillows and blankets. Throughout those 15 days, I genuinely felt at home. Even with my husband being far away, this place gave me a sense of comfort and home when I needed it the most. 🤍 Thank you, Mr. Shafiq, the Manager, for your kindness and understanding, especially when I arrived early in the morning. Thank you for helping me carry my things when I had to transfer rooms, and for always being so accommodating. Thank you for looking after my baby when I had to run errands and meet doctors for my mom and my brother. Thank you for never being berkira and for treating my baby with Vitagen and Super Ring! 😂 The pantry section was really thoughtful and accommodating — my only suggestion is… we need more food! 😂 Thank you also for helping me open the door and for always being such a polite gentleman. You have a bright future ahead, Mr. Shafiq. I sincerely pray for your success. To Jad, the night-shift staff, thank you too. There was one night when I was completely overwhelmed and even cried because I couldn’t shower properly due to a clogged drain. You solved the problem so quickly and comforted me when I was struggling. I only realised later that you are just 19 when I had already lost my cool. 😂 I’m sorry, boy. I pray you will succeed in everything you do. 🤍 To Shasha from housekeeping, thank you for your bright smile and warm hospitality. You changed the bedsheets so quickly whenever I requested room cleaning, and your extra effort truly meant a lot to me. My mom’s parcel arrived after I had already checked out, and the item was important for her medical needs. When I asked for your help, you never said no. You even helped pass the parcel to my sister at the hospital after your working hours. That was truly amazing — for a stranger to go out of her way to do something kind for someone else. Thank you so much, Shasha. ❤️❤️❤️ And Sara from reception, thank you for always saying hi to my baby, Elena. Your little gestures meant more than you probably realised. Every time you greeted her, asked how our day was, and checked on us, it made Elena feel less homesick. Thank you for always reassuring me that the hotel and the surrounding area were safe, and that my car was safe to park. Those little reassurances gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time. To the entire team at Lux City Hotel, thank you for making a difficult 15 days a little easier.
