Air'bnb Luxe Malaybalay

I stayed in Malaybalay solo for a personal matter, and I’m really glad I chose this place for my stay. The check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I messaged the owner to ask if I could check in a little earlier at 2:00 PM. They responded immediately, which I really appreciated. The owner was very responsive and prompt in addressing any concerns or inquiries, which made the whole experience even better. The room was very clean, and the towels were also clean and smelled really fresh. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent and very accessible to malls, restaurants, parks, and other establishments, making it very convenient, especially for someone traveling alone. The staff were also very accommodating, respectful, and welcoming. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again! ❤️

We had to check out early because a neighboring foreign guest was causing serious disturbances. Since it is a self-check-in property, security feels somewhat lacking. That said, the hosts were exceptionally kind, professional, and understanding, even staying overnight to check on our safety. The experience was genuinely frightening. It would be safer and more secure if the doors had double deadbolt locks and a wide-angle door viewer (fisheye peephole). Overall, stay is good except the neighboring foreign guest.

It’s got the basics and is in an excellent location for seeing the town on foot. It has no front desk but the caretaker was very helpful and the operators are responsive via the Agoda app. Very budget-friendly. the AC works and WiFi is bursty up to 90Mbps which is good.
