Very bad experience, firstly they extorted extra Rs 500 from me mentioning that the Deluxe room I booked is not available and I have to book a Premium room. Secondly, even after paying that much - the services were not upto the mark. No dental kit, even for a soap, I had to request a few times. When I ordered breakfast in the morning - first of all I was charged premium(Poha - Rs 40, Tea - Rs 30)......it was literally substandard - I was literally served in a disposal plate as if I am eating on roadside stall - tea was almost white and cold. Also the rooms were not clean, TV not working, AC remote not working. Overall, only the location of this hotel was good - otherwise everything was sh*t.
