• - StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.

• - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event.

• - All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 15,000.

• - This is a pet-friendly property.

• - In case of a power outage, the DG can provide backup.

• - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

• - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.

• - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

• - This property is a part of a gated community.

• - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

• - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

• - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.

• - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

• - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• PET POLICY

• - Pets are welcome at this property.

• - As a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 and security deposit of Rs. 10,000.

• - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.

• - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.

• - Please remember to clean up after your pets in the villa. 

• - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.

• - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.

• - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

• POLICIES

• - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

• - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

• - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

• - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
