Its a 1 year old property and they have maintained very well, I liked the room and amenities. Few details to highlight 1. Its completely away from town limits 2. Mullayangiri hills is the balcony view 3. There should have been a pool to complete this property 4. Recommended for Family or couples 5. Food charges are triple the normal pricing. 6. Felt room charges are higher than the usual resorts.

Tranquil and quiet place
This is a tranquil and quiet place with rooms surrounded by greenery, silver oak plantations in the backyard and scenic mountain view in the front. You can spend hours in peace at the sit-out in the balcony amidst chirping of birds. Staff is very professional and courteous. They will do their best to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Menu has enough options and preparation is great though you would need to order your food 1.5 hours in advance which also means that everything will be prepared afresh. There’s enough parking space available. Rooms are great with all the amenities working perfectly. Landscaping is well maintained making this a special cozy place for vacations with family/friends.

Good property but lacks management
The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean but it severly lacks management. I have had issues with AC not working for most of my stay. There is a power issue within the property and I had to call one of the kitchen guys always to do something about the AC power. There is no property manager so no one bothers about your experience. The property is 10/10. The experience is 0/10. The breakfast options were just 4 item including fruits and bread jam.

Good for relaxed single day stay
The resorts location is top notch. In the middle of nature, clam and relaxing vibe. Few things to consider are Their breakfast options are not upto mark. They should provide a good buffet breakfast given the resorts price point. There is no activity, not even indoor games available. So you will get bored soon. At least they should provide snooker, TT option. Lunch and dinner taste was great but again very less options to eat.
