Overall, a pleasant one night stay at Neela House Labuan. The staff and receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The TV also had access to YouTube, Netflix, and other apps, which was great for relaxing in the room. The room was quite well equipped. A water heater, tea, coffee, and sugar were provided, along with an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and toiletries. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and other shops within walking distance. The bathroom looked a little dated, but it was still clean and well maintained. There were a couple of downsides. The room was a little warm during the day, and the air-conditioning could be improved as it did not feel very cold even when set to 16°C. Also, there is no lift, and the family rooms are located on the top floor. This may be quite challenging for guests carrying a lot of luggage, pregnant women, or elderly guests. Overall, Neela House is a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place for a short stay in Labuan. With some improvement to the air conditioning, the stay would be even better.
