Property is located on the roadside without much walking to do, right at start of Cherrapunji away from all traffic & noise. It is clean & well maintained, nestled between the hills with an amazing valley view. The restaurant on-site was an additional benefit as we didn't have to worry about our food requirements. The food was delicious and we truly enjoyed the cuisine during the 3 days of our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Don, Kyrmen, Bhavan, Julia, Sylvester all impressed us with their hospitality and jovial nature. We had a wonderful stay at Lum-er and will definitely recommend it.

worst stay

The stay is so so bad and terrible, i won't recommend anyone to take this they have mentioned everything is available but there's nothing and it's very far from sohara the staff is so pathetic they don't even help paying this is waste of money, *** is 1000 times better than this place. Pathetic staff pathetic management and owner is the ridiculous guy he don't even know how to treat the guest and they have some attitude problem. better go for any other stay. utterly disgusting and pathetic place and staff and owner

Not worth for money

We have stayed in hotel for 1 night, very unfortunate experience . Not worth experience at all now. Pictures on different web portal shows beautiful but AI generated and real way it is OK type. It’s very brand new property only 2 room very basic only. Room is still missing essential stuff like charging board, Phone instrument to call reception, Clean towels etc. During our stay in morning we were looking for water bottles but no one to respond or to get you water, when we ask for breakfast no one reachable. Reception was closed until 9 am morning. Reception guy was everything for property and he was sleeping until 0930 am. They have charged us *** per night but not even worth for *** per night Only good part of property is beautiful view from Balcony to Valley lush green. That’s all. Overall not recommended for more ***. Thanks
