• • Anyone still inside the unit past 9:00 PM will be counted as an overnight guest and may be subject to an additional fee based on total headcount.

• Room Access (Important)

• • This is an adjacent-room setup. Please occupy and access only the assigned room with the TV.

• • Other rooms/areas not included in your booking are private and off-limits.

• Shoes Policy (Clean and Comfy Indoors)

• • Please remove your shoes upon entry.

• • Store shoes in the first drawer below (pull the drawer outward to open).

• • Kindly use the black indoor slippers provided. Do not take them outside.

• Noise and Respect for Neighbors

• • Please keep voices and music at a respectful level, especially at night.

• • No parties or loud gatherings.

• Cleanliness and Care

• • Please take care of linens, towels, and furnishings.

• • Any stains or damages may be charged accordingly.

• Trash Disposal

• • Please place your sealed garbage bag in front of the big gate for proper collection.

• • Avoid leaving trash inside the room to prevent pests and odor.

• Dining Guidelines (Ground Floor Table Not Included)

• • Many guests prefer to eat outside. You’re welcome to dine out and come back to rest.

• • You may also order food for delivery and eat inside your assigned room.

• • Please note: the ground floor dining table is not for staycation guests. It is reserved for Everyday Cravings in-room/outside guests who order food.

• • Kindly dine inside your assigned TV room only.

• Parking Reminder

• • Motorbike parking is available with a parking fee of ₱100 (subject to availability).

• • For 4-wheel vehicles, we do not have a dedicated slot. Guests typically park at their own discretion in nearby available areas. Please avoid parking directly in front of the house as it may cause traffic.
