Good location and staff is super nice, but it was not really clean. Also there are some renovations ongoing, but still silent.

We checked in very late at night and the owner waited for us. The place is very clean and comfortable. They are still making more rooms and I think a restaurant? We would love to come again.

Thank you so much for your careful consideration and kind response to spend a long 14-day comfortable time. Boss Igor and Mrs. Marichel, Gian, Security Napoleon, Swimming pool boy, cleaning staff, the staff who served delicious meals, the reception staff who greeted me, etc. I appreciate all of you. Thanks to you, the memory in Moalboal will be remembered as a good memory. The resort was close to the sea, so I could easily snorkel, and when I finished the morning run, a large pool welcomed me, which was very disappointing because it was a pool like green tea with less filter and less drug use. Still, the exotic resort looked good. It was better than anything else to lie in a hammock and look at the pretty sky with a cup of coffee in the afternoon. The drifting clouds made me light like fluffy, and the fragrant mango and sweet coconut juice led me to the fantasy. Also, the friendly Blue Abyss Diving Shop was close, making it easy to book a dive, and the humor of Master Jun and Boss Gary, the friendly captain, and the assistant staff allowed me to enjoy a beneficial sea view. The structure of the room was extremely ordinary, but I was very happy to see the leisurely midday scenery through the window. It was a pity that there was no refrigerator in each room and that the speed of the fans could not be adjusted slowly in the room. When I returned from seeing beautiful sardines and sea turtles, I could easily wash the salty sea water in the public shower and provided unlimited bottled water. I thought it would be great if there was a dehydrator that could weave wet clothes and towels. Lastly, I think the resort would be much better if there was a program where various European friends stay and spend the evening in the dormitory, a so-called pool party, or something like that. Staff like family, please always take care of them with consideration, think about their concerns, and I hope it will be a resort where guests can go back to their own homes after spending free and fun. Location and amenities are good. The staff at the front office was just not welcoming and accommodating. She even did not check the booking properly and overlooked the booking hence she advised us to find another hotel at the beginning. She even did not open the gate when i approached her and informed that we have a reservation. We were talking while the gate is closed. We were yelling at each other since i was outside the gate and her at the front office. Poor customer service
