房间太小且没窗户, 性价比还行吧
网上看到的照片和实际房间不符合, 如果知道是没有窗户不通风的房间, 可能当初也不会预定. 工作人员亲切友好, 晚上前台还有人值班, 地理位置也还不错, 付近有一个夜晚才开的菜市场, 晚归的话也不会觉得害怕. 只能说性价比还不错..但是房间的确是太小太闭塞了...

Casa Bicolandia Suites is ideally situated, making it very accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and various tourist attractions. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. After attempting to persuade the staff that my elderly parents would struggle to ascend the stairs to the third floor, and requesting available rooms on the ground floor, they informed me of an additional charge, which I believe is unjust since we are receiving the same family room. However, the hotel manager took our request into account, exemplifying what we refer to as "THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULD ASK FOR." While I must confess that I feel somewhat disappointed that we did not receive a complimentary breakfast due to our booking through Agoda rather than directly with them, it does seem a bit unfair considering we paid the same rate as advertised. They could have made it explicitly clear in their Facebook advertisement that complimentary breakfast is only available for those who book directly with them, rather than through other travel agencies. Nevertheless, I would like to express my gratitude for Casa Bicolandia Suites as a whole. From the spacious accommodations to the attentive staff, especially the lady guard and the manager, my family had a pleasant experience. After a lengthy 19-hour drive, we arrived at CBS at 9:30 PM, and although our stay was only for 8 hours, it was indeed commendable.

Over-all good but can be improved.
Okay for its location (around 10 minutes away from the airport, and walking distance to Daraga Church), staff, and if you have a full schedule like us. Room is clean, spacious, but this new building of Casa Bicolandia has no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggages to your 2F and 3F rooms. We availed breakfast and it was not good. Hoping they can improve the menu and the variety, coffee is also a hit or miss.
