Our recent stay at Reddoorz Villa Asela Garden Resort left much to be desired. Despite its proximity to the airport, finding the place proved to be a challenge, doubling our expected travel time to check-in. The surrounding area was bustling with crowds and gambling activities, making the hotel difficult to locate. Parking outside was non-existent, and the on-duty guard's lack of assistance added to our initial frustrations. The inconvenience continued as we discovered the lobby counter operates only until 9:00 p.m., leaving us without assistance upon our return from our visit to 10,000 roses. The unexpected encounter with aggressive dogs outside our room prevented us from accessing it, and our attempts to use the key proved futile, adding an hour of unnecessary stress to our post-flight exhaustion. Calling for help led to an unexpected confrontation with the hotel owner, who, unfortunately, chose to blame us for a defective door lock instead of providing immediate assistance. Eventually, we were relocated to another room, allowing us to finally rest, albeit well past midnight. In summary, our stay at Reddoorz Villa Asela Garden Resort was marked by challenges in locating the hotel, unhelpful staff, and an unfortunate encounter with aggressive dogs. While the resolution was provided, the overall experience fell short of our expectations for a seamless and pleasant stay.

I made a reservation for a family I know and took a quick look around. The price is cheap and it is affordable for Filipino children. A good place to hang out The swimming pool water seemed cloudy. Location is hard to find

safe place for kids to swim and roam around. a lot of lifeguards and staff to help you watch them. the room is spacious, clean, and affordable. all of the staff are warm and accommodating. will definitely come back, i am more than satisfied.
