And that’s all… the staff is not really qualified/lazy and some are very intrusive. (I will never forget how a cleaning lady came on the balcony after we told her previously we wouldn’t leave the room yet because I was sick and I needed to rest before check out. The rudest person ever.) The main receptionist however can speak English and is friendly. The rooms are ok but I think the pool view ones are slightly better. Overall it’s clean but I found an enormous cockroach in my bed and I didn’t find it nice. It happened sometimes I have to change my own bedsheets alone…I stayed in this hotel several time, it is the best choice around here but it’s not worth 3 stars for sure. Breakfast is the same daily, not bad but not exceptional either. Pool is nice. They have some little gifts at the reception that were ok priced.

The best hotel of Năm Căn, but far from center of Năm Căn is about 3-4km, no taxi, only bike service. Staffs are friendly and supportive.

I stayed there for Tet because can’t sleep at the family house so it is understood it is a special time in Vietnam so people aren’t working. As such we were informed that there would be no cleaning during the period and there would be no food served either. Breakfast was included in my booking but nothing was arranged to cope with this. We got buffer on the morning after we arrived and on our last date and a soup with coffee once during a 6 days stay. Bedsheets and towels were only changed once but again there should be something prepared so we can eventually do it ourselves . Also another little disappointment is that they advertised on their brochure a gift for people staying for Tet but when asked they really acted as if they know nothing about it. No English speaking staff however you will have some substantial informations regarding tours or food instructions. The hotel facilities are modern for the main areas but in the rooms it is ok but nothing more, in our room the shower was a bit weak. There is a souvenir shop that is ok with decent prices if you want to buy food specialties which I found nice. Overall I would say for the area it is probably the best you could get but I am not sure about the costumer care.

This is an old hotel which is in need pf a lot of Care, staf are very nice and poilte, welcoming. but the hotel itself is very dated
