I stayed here for a business trip from July 14–19. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to several service and operational issues. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovations or transitioning to the Red Planet brand, but guests were not informed in advance. On most nights, there was construction noise, including drilling near our room and on our floor, until around 10:00 PM. As a business traveler, this made it difficult to rest after work. We had to call the front desk ourselves just to find out when the noise would stop. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, frequently disconnecting and becoming very slow, which was challenging for work-related tasks. The property seemed understaffed. There were occasions when calls went unanswered, and the reception staff appeared to be handling multiple roles at the same time. Lastly, the breakfast service was consistently delayed despite informing the hotel of our preferred breakfast time the night before. There were mornings when we were nearly late for business meetings because we had to wait for food that was already prepaid. Had we known the hotel could not consistently deliver breakfast on time, we would not have booked a room package that included it. I understand that renovations and staffing challenges can happen, but better communication and service management would have greatly improved the guest experience.

We were disappointed upon arrival because their pool is under maintenance and my purpose thats why I booked there is because of the pool for my kids, however they offered to extend our stay till 5 pm and upgraded our room due to inconvenience. I just wish they put a disclaimer or announcement on their page regarding the maintenance so we are aware of it. But overall they still did a good job offering us an extend stay and upgrade!

Our mother's wake was held in Lawit, Cavite. Since all of us live in Metro Manila and Pampanga, we opted to look for a place to rest. We searched and found the newly renovated Red Planet in Rosario, around 15 mins away. Nice, clean space with a pool that the kids enjoyed, very near a mall and accessible to public transportation. The personnel are also very friendly and accommodating.

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and we keep coming back because of the convenience and excellent service. We always enjoy our stay here. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making them perfect for families with young children. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, and we feel safe and comfortable every time we visit. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. We will definitely book here again on our next trip!
