Good staff

They gave me a room on the 6th floor but the AC was dripping water. so they transferred me to another room I have already stayed in before, also on the 6th floor. But I noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the room reeked of cigarette smoked. The pipe under the sink has a leaked, the door handle busted and the double lock to the entry door is not working. stayed 3 nights, 4 days. when I got home, the clothes that I hanged on the hooks smelled of cigarette smoke. don't know where the smoke is coming from. maybe they should have floors they don't allow smoking so guests that request non-smoking rooms do not breathe the second hand smoke. The staff is efficient though.

Stayed for quite awhile, been changing rooms due to unsanitary situations. Bed was so smelly, one room I was in has pee unflushed, bathroom mirrors unwiped, ac keeps breaking down due to freezing. Hairs on bathroom walls. Rooms were not properly cleaned.

My mother and I recently stayed at SOGO Hotel Molino for a short vacation and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. We booked a Deluxe Room for 2 nights via the Agoda app for only PHP 1,558.20, which is a great deal considering that the regular walk-in rate for a 24-hour stay is typically between PHP 1,600 to PHP 2,000. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. On our second day, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room—it was a frozen window-type AC. However, the staff responded promptly and transferred us to another room with a split-type air conditioner, which worked perfectly and made our stay much more comfortable. One area for improvement would be the availability of basic amenities for guests, such as a water dispenser and a microwave for public use. Adding these would significantly enhance the convenience, especially for longer stays or for guests who prefer to bring or reheat their own food. Overall, we had a pleasant and hassle-free experience at SOGO Molino. The value for money is excellent, especially when booking online, and the staff's quick response to issues is commendable. We would definitely consider staying here again and hope to see small improvements in shared amenities in the future.

Naaalala ko pinaghintay nila ako matagal almost 3hrs na yun dahil wala daw available room. So nilagay nila ako sa bandang garage rooms sabe roomboy malake na dw eto room kahot ni booked ko lanh is ordinary ni walaa naman ako hinihingi compliments. then sobra taas hagdan e pwd ako tapos wala signal wifi sa area so nag request ako papalit room. So another waiting na naman. Mahirap pala mag booked sa kanila kahit bayad na online room para sayu wala im very disappointed
