Good staff

Our stay was good, the room and facilities are clean and well ventilated. Everything is okay except the way the receptionists converse. The first room given to us wasn't opening so it took time and as compensation the one assisting us says that we had our time extended, when we asked the receptionist about this, they only said that it was impossible. I don't know how they compensate this kind of things but to other establishment, they extended the time of the stay. I hope the staff in this branch is more professional and enthusiastic when it comes to talking to their customers.

They gave me a room on the 6th floor but the AC was dripping water. so they transferred me to another room I have already stayed in before, also on the 6th floor. But I noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the room reeked of cigarette smoked. The pipe under the sink has a leaked, the door handle busted and the double lock to the entry door is not working. stayed 3 nights, 4 days. when I got home, the clothes that I hanged on the hooks smelled of cigarette smoke. don't know where the smoke is coming from. maybe they should have floors they don't allow smoking so guests that request non-smoking rooms do not breathe the second hand smoke. The staff is efficient though.

I asked for a 2 adjacent rooms, not granted, i aaked for a non smoking room, the rooms smelled cigarette butt it stuff my nose all night, the bed is so stiff and umconfortable feels like lying on a cardboard box, the rest is average

Stayed for quite awhile, been changing rooms due to unsanitary situations. Bed was so smelly, one room I was in has pee unflushed, bathroom mirrors unwiped, ac keeps breaking down due to freezing. Hairs on bathroom walls. Rooms were not properly cleaned.
